REFUND POLICY: You are purchasing a space, materials and our services at an event on a certain day and time. All sales are final. Should you be unable to attend for any reason and give us a 48 hour notice we will be happy to issue you a credit toward a future Painting Experience. No refunds will be issued. Thank you. Please note that OUR PUBLIC EVENTS require a 15 person minimum in order to proceed. Our fundraisers require a 15 person minimum (in or out of the studio). If the Painting Experience event for which you have registered has not met its minimum requirements you will be notified by email of either a postponement, cancellation or venue change. If we have to cancel an event we will offer you a credit to another Painting Experience of your choice. No refunds will be issued. By making a purchase through our website you must agree to these terms. Please make sure that we have your correct email address and contact information. T.C. Studios is not liable for any damages to any person in our Studio, or at any of our partnered venues at any time or during our Painting Experiences, including but not limited to paint on personal property, spills, etc.

PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO DISCLAIMER:

T.C. Studios, LLC (OC Painting Experience), herein referred to as T.C. Studios, reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at an event sponsored by T.C. Studios, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. We may use the photograph/video in publications and other media material produced, used or contracted by T.C. Studios, including but not limited to websites, brochures, invitations, newspapers, magazines, etc.  *Any person desiring not to have their photo/video taken or distributed must contact T.C. Studios, writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph to be used as identification purposes only. T.C. Studios will hold it/request in strictest confidence.

All notices from T.C. Studios to public may be posted on our website and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to T.C. Studios shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:

In order to book a party or for registering for events, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest. Orders 
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name, phone number, and address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
