Venue Partner Agreement & Promotion Policy

Successful events depend on cooperation between our team and our venue partners. To ensure strong ticket sales and the best experience for guests, all venue partners agree to participate in basic event promotion as outlined below.

Please note: T.C. Studios is an authorized marketing provider of the Paint Your Pet® brand, which is a national trademark owned by the owners of our company. Unauthorized use of the Paint Your Pet® name, brand, or experience format is prohibited.

Marketing and promo: 

  • We make it fun, easy & designed to fill your taproom but it takes both of us to make this successful. We require strong mutual promotion.

  • Please put us in contact with your social media manager if you have one.

  • All ticket sales are made exclusively through our website, tcstudios.org. Registration or ticket sales through any other website or 3rd party is prohibited.

  • We create the promotional graphics & flyer for you to print & hang, and we will do mutual social media & email marketing to promote the event.

  • We provide you with a checklist and timeline of promo tasks to ensure success. Our manager will check in with you regularly & keep you updated on headcount.

  • Promotional material created will include branding of both parties.

 Other important stuff:

  • For promo time, we require 6-8 weeks to promote each event. 

  • Our team handles all customer service and communications with guests

  • Our service is FREE of charge! More than one reschedule or cancellation *due to not following the marketing guidelines* may result in a $300 cancellation fee.

  • We are professional, licensed and insured to work on site at your establishment

  • We would also ask that during our partnership, we would be exclusive, and you would not work with additional paint party vendors during our partnership.
